Reapplying for Support
The Lisa and Douglas Goldman Fund recognizes that some projects that we fund will benefit from continued support over multiple years. When appropriate, the Fund will provide long-term support for a project through consecutive grants that are renewed annually for a limited period of time. Please note that the final report for a project must be submitted at the end of the grant period and prior to the submission of a request for renewed funding. Follow the directions in the Reporting Requirements section for submitting a final report. Requests for renewed funding for a project should include the following:
- Describe any changes to the project’s goals and objectives as described in the original grant request.
- Specify the amount of renewed funding requested from the Lisa and Douglas Goldman Fund and briefly describe how the funds will be used.
- Note any significant organizational changes since the original grant request was submitted.
- List specific goals for the coming year and plans to achieve them during the grant period.
- List any new sources of secured and pending financial support.
- Attach a project budget, including revenue and expenses. Please note any carryover funds from the previous grant period.
- Include any additional information that will impact this next phase of the project.
Requests for renewed funding should be submitted separately from the final grant report. Follow the directions in the General Application Guidelines section for sending the request.
